  • Over 40 years experience as a legal practitioner on the Gold Coast.
  • An Accredited Property Law Specialist.
  • Expertise in business law, commercial litigation, property and land law including town planning, subdivisions and developments.
  • Extensive experience in Gold Coast both small and large property development and property management matters. Over the last 35 years Gino has overseen the developmental, contractual and titling issues for the development of the Gold Coast residential canal estates of Sorrento and Benowa Waters. He has also been heavily involved as lawyer for the development of numerous high rise residential and mixed use complexes on the Gold Coast.
  • Gino completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree at Queensland University and joined Collas Moro Ross soon after in 1973. He became a partner of the firm in 1977.
  • He speaks fluent Italian and is heavily involved in the local community. He is a past President of the Gold Coast Law Association, Member of the Law Council of Australia and Honorary Solicitor to each of the Gold Coast ltalo-Australia Club, Gold Coast Legacy, the AustralianAmerican Association and Merrimac Soccer Club.

  • Aaron was admitted as a Solicitor in 1997. He has practised in commercial litigation, personal injury compensation, estate disputes, debt recovery and dispute resolution for the past 20 years.
  • Aaron provides a high level of expertise in the area of resolving complex disputes and has provided advice with respect to contractual disputes, estate claims, personal injury compensation, injunctions, security enforcement and litigation, trade practice claims and trust disputes.
  • He has developed leading edge litigation strategies and techniques to guide clients through complex legal disputes to ensure positive outcomes.

  • Prior to joining Collas Moro Ross as a Consultant in 2000, Bill had been Principal of the Gold Coast law firm Millican & Associates. This followed a number of years working in the advisory section of the Queensland Crown Law Office before entering private practice in Brisbane.
  • His expertise in commercial law includes advice on company trusts, leasing, conveyancing, liquor and gaming licences, and criminal matters.
  • His legal advice to small and large business is enhanced by the practical experience gained as a director of a number of companies and the many issues relating to their business affairs. He is presently a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
  • Bill has spent a significant part of his life on the Coast and has acquired a valuable knowledge of the region. His contribution to the local community has been significant.
  • He is passionate about horse racing and has actively encouraged the sport's development on the Gold Coast over many years. As testament to this contribution Bill was elected Chairman of the Gold Coast Turf Club in 2003, a position he held for five years. He is also a member of the Tattersalls Club.

  • Peter graduated with Honours and holds two Master of Laws degrees, one in the area of contract and more recently in the specialised area of Wills and Estates.
  • Peter has been admitted to candidature as a higher research student in pursuing a PhD in the area of Succession Law, and more specifically in the area of family provision legislation and its potential reform.
  • Peter is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law Ltd and a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
  • Peter’s particular area of interest is with respect to will disputes involving disappointed beneficiaries, or persons excluded from wills in relation to claims both in New South Wales and Queensland.
